Reginald J. Eadie, M.D. is CEO of and DMC Detroit ReceivingDMC Harper University and DMC Hutzel Women’s hospitals. Dr. Eadie first came to the Detroit Medical Center in 1998 to complete his residency in Emergency Medicine at Receiving. After a stint as Emergency Department Chief and Associate Chief of Staff of Integrated Clinical Services at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, Dr. Eadie returned to the DMC in April 2008, as Vice President of Medical Affairs at DMC Harper University Hospital/Hutzel Women’s Hospital. He has retained hospital leadership positions in the years since. In July 2010, Dr. Eadie received his first appointment to the presidency of Detroit Receiving Hospital. He was named President of DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital in January 2012 and became CEO of DMC Harper-Hutzel Hospital in October of 2013. In 2015, the leadership of Detroit Receiving was again placed in his hands. A native Detroiter, Dr. Eadie is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Emergency Medicine and a member of the American College of Health Care Executives. He also earned an MBA from the Michigan State University Executive program.
